Why do I need to keep a credit card on file?

Each package received by APO Box is billed to the customer's credit card on file before it is forwarded. The customer is responsible for keeping their credit card on file up to date to include having sufficient funds to cover your account shipping fees. If for any reason the card does not clear with the bank after three attempts, we will continue to hold your package. Applicable storage fees will be assessed for holding packages longer than one week.
