Package Consolidation

You may request for packages to be consolidated into one shipment. You will need to contact us prior to those packages arriving at our facility to request this service. You can do so by calling us at 800-409-6013, emailing us at help@apobox.com, submitting a help desk ticket or entering a custom handling request on your account. If you choose to enter a custom handling request on your account, please include all tracking numbers that should be consolidated in the notes section of the request. 

Charges for this service include:

Handling Fee: 9.95

Consolidation Fee: 5.00/each package combined

Insurance Coverage: Based on your account settings

USPS Postage: Based on the final package weight and dimensions. 

There are times when package consolidation is not the most cost effective solution, so please keep that in mind.
