Package Consolidation

You may request for packages to be consolidated into one shipment. You will need to contact us prior to those packages arriving at our facility to request this service. You can do so by  emailing us at help@apobox.com, submitting a help desk ticket or entering a custom handling request on your account. If you choose to enter a custom handling request on your account, please include all tracking numbers that should be consolidated in the notes section of the request. 

Charges for this service include:

Handling Fee: weight-based fee

Consolidation Fee: 5.00/each package combined

Insurance Coverage: Based on your account settings

USPS Postage: Based on the final package weight and dimensions. 

Please note that we are not able to consolidate more than 5 packages per shipment. If you have more than 5 packages, please submit up to 5 on one custom package request and the rest on a second consolidation request. We will also advise you if your items are too large to consolidate with one another or if there are any other issues that may arise. 

There are times when package consolidation is not the most cost effective solution, so please keep that in mind.
